About Me

I’m Sarah Kelly, and I am living with Grade 3 brain cancer. At 41, I know the challenges of facing uncertainty, fear, and loss of control. But I also know the power of resilience, hope, and the incredible strength that comes from leaning on others.

In 2021, doctors found a tennis ball-sized tumour in my brain. I was told my cancer had no cure, and given just 2–5 years to live. Since then, my life has been a whirlwind of brain surgery, chemo, seizures, rehabilitation, and heartbreak — all while raising my young daughter, Esther.

This isn’t just a story about illness. It’s about choosing hope over despair, about building resilience when life feels impossible, and about discovering the strength of community.

As a marketing professional turned patient advocate, I’ve spoken at events, partnered with the Brain Cancer Centre, and used my platform to raise awareness and funds for critical research. My journey has led me here: helping companies and communities build resilience, reduce burnout, and foster hope in the face of adversity.

I’m not just surviving — I’m living well. My mission is to share what I’ve learned so that others can face their challenges with courage, empathy, and strength.

I’d love to connect with your organisation to see how my story and what I’ve learnt along the way can have a positive impact.
